Before I went to Moving Connections, I could only dance under certain conditions. If I wanted to dance, I would need to intoxicate myself with alcohol or drugs in the darkness of a club.
At Georgia Shine's workshops I learned to dance with people in the unflattering light of my own self-consciousness.
